Modern style beach home with amazing views!
The house has two condos on three stories. Two full kitchens. Each unit has a deck.
Master bedroom is comprised of a very large master suite that takes up the entire 3rd floor with very large master suite bathroom. Large tub/shower, lots of closets space.
Beach Level Unit:

The unit is on the first floor with three bedrooms, and sleeps 6 in beds. A fireplace is in the living room, and a there is a deck on the sand with a BBQ. A king in the master, a king in bedroom 2, and 1 bunk bed + 1 Twin in the kids room. Washer dryer, linens provided, and plenty of parking.

Upper Unit:

The unit is on the second and third floors with a spectacular master suite on the third floor. Open your eyes to breaking waves and endless views. Relax, read, exercise, enjoy. Four bedrooms on the second floor are perfect for two families. Each two bedroom set can be closed off and is ideal for adults with children.

Living area and master suite have wall sized ocean views. Deck allows for even more living space and a nice flow for entertaining. A flat screen TV over the fireplace and comfortable couches share space with the round dining table with plenty of space to spare. Granite countertops and stainless appliances give you the luxury you're used to. Just a small staircase from the spacious upper balcony and your toes hit the sand!.

The exclusive gated community of Beach Road provides privacy and seclusion not commonly associated with beach-front property. Here you can come to relax, surf, play tennis, ride bicycles along the coast bike path, walk the beach, gaze at brilliant starlit skies, or just sit on the deck and watch surfers, pelicans, and dolphins while you feel the romance and energy of the ocean.     We loved our time at 35063 and 35065 Beach Road!! It easily housed our whole family. We loved the central location and closeness to Doheny Beach for surf trips on bikes. We loved being right on the beach and having our own private bit of sand. The security was great and we felt safe and able to leave our things out on the deck. Overall a GREAT experience and we would like to come back again.

    We had a great time at this beautiful place. Very conveniently located to the airport and just a short distance from Disneyland etc. Can't believe anyone would stay in LA when this place is so close! We saw dolphins and a couple of whales, while sitting on the deck! Had a small problem with the washer and the management company bent over backwards to fix it. Would recommend Capistrano Realty for a great vacation.

    We have stayed in the same home 3 times now. We love it and will probably go again. However, the beach was in the worst shape I have seen it. The homes down 100 ft. from ours had a 6 foot straight drop off from their patio to the sand and no way to get back up to their home. We had about a 3 foot drop off when in past years the sand was level with the patio--somewhat inconvenient. The beach has always had piles of rocks that moved up and down the beach but this year there were solid rocks (about the size of your fist) pretty much on the whole beach. I don't think the association or homeowners are doing as much to keep up their property as they have in the past. Just be sure and check out the beach conditions before you rent--have them go take current pictures from the house to the water and from the water to the house.

      The tides were definitely hard on our homes this summer and the rocks moved up & down the beach every night. Because of this, the sand level have dropped and risen approx. 10 feet over the year as well, mostly the homes at the south end of the road. All we can say is it's Mother Nature doing her thing! Please call if you have "any" questions. We want your vacation to be an enjoyable one!
